Shipping and Returns

All orders are shipped via ground shipping (street address and telephone number are required).

Return Policy

Merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30-days of receipt. Returns must still be in original condition and must be accompanied by a note stating the reason for the return and the original invoice.

For your protection, insure the package at full value. No C.O.D. shipments will be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges that involve shipping will require additional shipping charges be paid for by the customer.

Discovery of shipping errors must be reported within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Any deductions and returns need prior authorization and original Micro Tester packing list or invoice.
